Shipping Policy

At AHARSHI, we take immense pride in delivering finely crafted silver jewellery with utmost care and professionalism. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping timelines, tracking process, delivery partners, shipping fees, and handling of delivery exceptions. Our goal is to make your unboxing experience seamless and satisfying.

1.  Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day (typically Monday or the day following the public holiday
  • Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with invoice details.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2.  Shipping & Delivery Timelines

At AHARSHI, we provide reliable shipping services across India, covering both metro and non-metro regions to ensure timely delivery of your jewellery.

All orders are typically delivered within 4 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location and courier accessibility.

Please note:

  • The delivery timeline is calculated from the day the order is dispatched, not from the order placement date.
  • While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays, or service limitations in remote locations.

We appreciate your understanding and assure you that every effort is made to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: No additional shipping charges apply for most orders.
  • Special Zones / Remote Areas: Certain pin codes may be subject to additional charges as per courier partner rates. However, AHARSHI currently offers free shipping to these locations at no extra cost.
  • All applicable charges, if any—such as express delivery, gift wrapping, or remote area surcharges (if introduced in the future)—will be clearly displayed during checkout under “Order Summary.”

4. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please note:
• Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
• Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
To initiate cancellation, kindly email us at  support@aharshi.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 63055 67471 with your order ID.

5.  Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing:
    • Your tracking ID
    • A direct link to the courier partner’s website
  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress using this tracking link.

6.  Delivery Partners

To ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time, AHARSHI partners with some of India’s most trusted and reliable courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and other region-specific logistics providers.

The choice of courier for each shipment is made strategically based on factors such as serviceability, delivery speed, reliability, and pin code coverage, ensuring you receive the best possible delivery experience regardless of your location.

7.  Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

Upon delivery, we kindly request that you carefully inspect both the outer packaging and the jewellery box to ensure that the contents are intact and in perfect condition. If you notice any signs of damage, tampering, or unsealed packaging, you may still accept the parcel but must clearly mark the delivery slip as “Damaged” and take a photograph of the packaging slip as proof.

In such cases, we strongly advise you to contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery and submit the following documentation:

  • A complete unboxing video, clearly showing the process from opening the outer packaging to inspecting the jewellery
  • Three clear photographs, including:
    • The outer package
    • The inner jewellery box
    • The shipping label or packaging slip

Once the issue is reported and preliminary verification is completed, AHARSHI will arrange a courier pickup of the damaged product. After receiving the item, our Quality Control team will inspect it to confirm the reported issue matches the submitted evidence. If approved, AHARSHI will either ship a replacement item or issue a refund, based on product availability and the inspection outcome.

This process and documentation are essential for us to handle your claim efficiently and resolve any concerns related to shipping damage or tampering.

8. Failed or Refused Deliveries

In case your delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

The parcel will be returned to AHARSHI. In such situations:

  • Original shipping charges, return shipping costs (as charged by the courier partner), and a 10% packing/handling fee will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
  • Re-dispatching the product may incur additional shipping charges.

To help reduce unnecessary return-to-origin (RTO) cases, we request customers to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels once dispatched. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in temporary or permanent disabling of COD option for future orders. We reserve the right to deny COD service to users with a history of rejected or undelivered parcels.

9.  Bank & Public Holidays

  • We do not dispatch or deliver orders on national and regional bank holidays.
  • Orders scheduled around such holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

10.  Serviceable Locations

We ship PAN India. However, certain remote or unserviceable locations may have:

  • Longer delivery times
  • Limited cash-on-delivery (COD) options
  • Additional courier surcharges

If your area falls under such zones, our support team will inform you prior to dispatch.
