Yes, most of our jewelry (95%+) is made using 925 sterling silver. We also use certified grades like 70 where needed. Each piece is clearly stamped with its purity (like 925/70) on the product itself.

2. When will I get my order?

We dispatch orders within 24 hours. Once shipped, you’ll get tracking details on SMS or WhatsApp. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

3. What if my package is lost or stolen?

No worries. AHARSHI takes full responsibility until your order reaches you. Contact our support team, and we’ll sort it out with our courier partners.

4. What if I get the wrong item?

Contact us immediately at support@aharshi.com or on WhatsApp. We’ll look into it and send you the correct product or a refund.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At AHARSHI, we take pride in making premium silver jewelry. Over 95% of our items are made from 925 sterling silver, known for its quality and shine. We’re here to help if anything unexpected comes up. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before raising a request.

1. Opening Video is Mandatory

To claim any return, exchange, or damage, you must record an unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed package. This helps us verify the issue.

2. Damaged Product

• If you have an opening video showing the damage, we’ll provide a free replacement or refund.
• No opening video = No return or exchange. AHARSHI has the right to reject such requests.

3. In-Box Damage (e.g., broken box or packaging)

• With opening video: Free replacement box.
• Without opening video: AHARSHI can deny your request. No exceptions.

4. Changed Mind or Not Satisfied

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• A full product video (showing unused condition) is required.
• A flat ₹199 shipping charge
• Refund will be issued as AHARSHI Wallet Credits.

5. Stone Came Off

• Within 7 days: We offer a free replacement or repair.
• After 7 days: AHARSHI is not responsible for the issue.

6. No Warranty

We do not provide warranty on silver plating or regular usage. Please follow jewelry care guidelines to keep your items shining.

• Raise your return/exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• No processing without an unboxing video.
• Items must be in original packaging with tags.

Refund Options

Refunds are processed in a way approved by AHARSHI team, including: - AHARSHI Wallet Credits, or - Gift Vouchers for future use.

Bank/UPI refunds are not default. They’re only provided with special approval.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the final decision lies with AHARSHI, which operates under Rajendra Enterprises. All disputes are subject to Kakinada jurisdiction.
