No opening video = No return or exchange. AHARSHI has the right to reject such requests.

3. In-Box Damage (e.g., broken box or packaging)

With opening video: Free replacement box.
Without opening video: AHARSHI can deny your request. No exceptions.

4. Changed Mind or Not Satisfied

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
A full product video (showing unused condition) is required.
A flat ₹199 shipping charge
Refund will be issued as AHARSHI Wallet Credits.

5. Stone Came Off

Within 7 days: We offer a free replacement or repair.
After 7 days: AHARSHI is not responsible for the issue.

6. No Warranty
